Hello, Decatur. On behalf of my office and the more than 7o employees of the City of Decatur, we thank all of you who choose to live, work and play in our wonderful city. It's been my pleasure to watch Decatur transform over the past five years the Madison Street Plaza, curbside recycling, St. Mary's Nature Preserve and the revitalization of Master Drive. We continue to make improvements to the city's infrastructure, budgeting funding for paving, new sidewalks and waterline improvements. And, we're not done. From the Hanna Nuttman ballpark project and the 2nd Street Lofts artist community an public art space to a new water treatment plant and studying how to enhance the 13th Street corridor, all point to a greater quality of life for our city.
