NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF GERMAN MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF INDIANA A special meeting of the Members of German Mutual Insurance Company of Indiana ("German") will be held on October 13, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. local time, at the Elks Lodge located at 327 N. 2nd Street, Decatur, Indiana 46733 (the "Special Meeting") for the purpose of considering and voting upon the proposed merger of German and Mutual Insurance Association of Southern Indiana (the "Merger") and other transactions in connection with the Merger. Only Members of German may attend and participate in the Special Meeting.
